Accent South in Ashford , Kent is a Housing Association which has selected RedHand to provide security at one of their accommodation blocks. VisionIP is ideally suited for this market place as it provides access to pictures from remote cameras via the Internet. March 2005Happy Days Day Nurseries
The installation of SafeGuard into the Happy Days Day Nurseries in Redruth ( Cornwall ) and the Cherry Tree Nursery in Ashford ( Kent ) has strengthened RedHand 's position in the children's nursery market. One of our channel partners, Tempest Security carried out the installation in Kent .
The Happy Days' installation was the latest in the rollout of SafeGuard as the standard fit in all of Happy Days' nurseries. The management see the system as a vital tool in providing proof of good practice and an aid to the smooth operation of their childcare centres. “We see SafeGuard as a tremendous success. We are pleased to endorse this product and we are rolling it out to our other 12 sites” said Happy Days' Director Robin Karkeek. Its ability to store at least 90 days worth of good quality pictures on an ordinary office PC makes the system unique in this marketplace. . .

The Arlington
RedHand 's presence in the North of the country was strengthened by an installation of VisionIP in The Arlington , a small private hotel in Barrow-in-Furness . The management felt that RedHand 's approach was ideal in assisting in the general administration of the hotel and to alert the staff when customers entered the reception area etc.

RedHand in Education
Following our recent successes at Ribston Hall School in Gloucester and Pershore High School one of our first local customers, Kingsmead School here in Cheltenham, have ordered extra cameras making a total of seventeen now operating on their 100BT backbone. They report that despite this increase, no impact on the network is evident.

Filton College
RedHand is please to have been awarded a major contract at Filton College , in Bristol . The college's IT staff have been very much involved in the decision process and VisionIP was selected because of the low footprint in terms of network utilisation and storage requirements. A total of twenty-four internal and external cameras have been installed in the initial phase, with a number of ‘Viewer' modules providing key staff with management information.

Prince Henry High School
RedHand has installed an additional four-camera wireless system at an existing customer, Prince Henry High School in Evesham, Worcestershire. This was a retrofit to an existing archaic, analogue CCTV system in the sports pavilion some distance from the main site. Because of the low bandwidth requirements of VisionIP , all four cameras can use the same link, thus keeping down the costs.
