Complaints Procedure

One of the primary concerns at CBN is that our clients receive a top quality service from us.

However, we live in the real world and sometimes things, (albeit rarely), don't go quite to plan.

For that reason we have a 3 point resolution plan.

  1. Speak to us at the earliest point.
If, for whatever reason and no matter how trivial, you are not happy with any aspect of our work, please say so.
The chances are that we can sort it out straight away.

  2. Perhaps that isn't enough and the issue needs further clarification or more effort. No Problem.
Put it in writing with all the relevant points and let us have it.
We will get back to you within 48 hours, (in reality the same day), with either a solution or a deadline by which we will aim to have a resolution.

  3. Finally, if we can't agree, then as members of the West e-Business Group, you can request that they arbitrate for both parties.

Worth noting is that whilst we are members of the Web Group they are an independent body whose responsibility it is to ensure that its members abide by strict codes of conduct.
